EU Customers please note:


Due to new rules put in place for goods being imported from the UK to the EU from the 1st July 2021, that you may have to pay VAT/Customs duties and/or other fees before you can receive your item. Any costs that need to be paid are not down to us. These costs may not always need to be paid in every country but please be aware of this before ordering. This new rule may also impact on delivery times. If you don't pay these fees when required then your item will be sent back to me. If this happens please note that NO REFUNDS are given.


When inputting your address for your order to be shipped to, PLEASE make sure that you input your whole address i.e your house number/name, street name, city and your FULL postcode. Customers that don't input their full correct address at checkout may have their order cancelled. If your address is incorrect/incomplete/invalid and your package is returned to me - another postage fee will be required to resend. Customers should also note that if you are international you may be required to pay fees and those fees are NOT my responsibility.


All of my orders are sent using a tracked service for international and signed for for UK. This is to give customers the ability to see where there order is. When your order has been dispatched, you will get a tracking code. I am currently very busy with orders so please DO NOT message me asking when your order is going to be dispatched as I won't be able to give you an answer.
